We’re looking for a designer to join our creative team as a strategic contributor, responsible for design across everything we do in support of our digital services organization and clients’ goals. And since we’re focused on outcomes, this means you’ll be directly affecting how Fathom creative services are represented in prospective and current client experiences—elevating design across projects, from consultation to execution, one-off landing pages to full-funnel campaign support.

    • Information hierarchy
    • Color theory and accessibility
    • User experience in layout and organization
    • Clearly articulated calls to action
  • Be curious and raise the bar: always push teammates and clients to explore different and better solutions (design and implementation), methods (production and distribution) and thought processes
  • Imagine, design, and extend assets that support the digital strategies we craft for our clients:
    • Content strategy—including in-piece visual assets, charts, infographics, case studies, and interactive experiences
    • Promotion strategy—including social assets, email campaigns, and partner marketing efforts that directly support or influence all owned, earned, and paid media initiatives
    • Website strategy—including site mapping and navigation structures, wireframing and UX, design concept and production, development hand-off and support, post-launch support and optimization
  • Influence marketing strategy: beautiful and smart design aesthetics in support of our clients’ marketing goals: audience engagement, user experience, conversion optimization, etc.
  • Support ad hoc initiatives across the business:
    • Deck and portfolio production and support
    • Content recommendations and optimization
    • Design audits and quality assurance
    • General design training/support for fellow Fathomers
    • Collaboration with marketing team on internal work
  • Express awareness of and appreciation for:
    • File organization and naming conventions
    • Pitch support and presentation ability (internal and external communication, written and oral)
    • Giving and receiving constructive feedback
