Every day as a social media marketing expert at Fathom is different. In this strategist role, you will:

  • Develop and present strategic proposals to executive-level client partners
  • Set up, launch, and manage advertising campaigns, involving activities like:
    • Audience research and targeting recommendations
    • Budget planning
    • Ad copy writing and creative concepting
    • Conversion tracking consulting
    • Continual testing of new tactics and messaging
    • Optimization of campaigns beyond surface-level KPI’s towards client business goals
  • Analyze performance and present campaign reporting to demonstrate impact on business-level outcomes and drive incremental success over time
  • Identify opportunities to integrate social media touch points with other digital marketing tactics across the customer journey
  • Mentor junior-level team members to elevate others through formal and informal training
  • Drive new and add-on business through ongoing recommendations of new platforms and campaigns

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or a related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in social media, with proven expertise in driving brand preference and direct response among enterprise-level businesses
  • Foundational ability to set up, launch and manage advertising campaigns across Facebook + Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
  • Experience with website tracking software, like Google or Adobe Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with presentation experience to C-suite and VP-level executives
  • Demonstrated ability to connect channel activities with the larger customer experience and business-level outcomes
  • Success in overcoming internal and external roadblocks through creative consulting to make innovative, strategic and thoughtful decisions
