We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as Fathom’s Vice President of People. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the executive team, the VP of People will set the vision for engaging, nurturing, and retaining Fathom’s extraordinary team.

Our VP of People will be responsible for the strategic and tactical oversight of both talent development and traditional human resources at Fathom, including performance management and improvement, learning and development, employee relations and engagement, benefits, and other talent-related strategic initiatives.

Learning and Development: We believe in constant learning, growth, and development, and the VP of People will lead the creation of L&D programs that provide employees with a clear path to advance their careers and accelerate their achievement.

To be successful, you must:

  • Foster Fathom’s apprenticeship learning model
  • Provide coaching and management tools to help leaders build a positive, highly engaged, compassionate, and results-oriented culture
  • Design and implement programs to grow Fathomers’ personal and technical capabilities

 

Organizational Planning: Develop scalable systems to advise leaders across the company on organizational design, competency models, leadership development, performance measurement, succession planning, skill gaps, and change management.

To be successful, you must:

  • Ensure compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements
  • Partner with our operations team to support predictive workforce analytics, skill gap analysis, and workforce planning
  • Lead and design structure for leadership planning sessions

 

Culture and Engagement: Our culture is important to us as we grow. Define and lead culture initiatives, then educate, measure, and drive adoption via performance management and incentive programs.

To be successful, you must:

  • Develop effective communication strategies to enable organization-wide clarity, alignment, teamwork, and employee engagement
  • Lead Fathomer support and self-realization initiatives

requirements

  • 10+ years of HR leadership driving best in class people solutions aligning HR strategies to an organization’s vision, mission, and goals
  • Broad HR Leadership with strength in scaling for growth, learning and development, organizational design, workforce planning, and establishing cultural values
  • Ability to influence internal business partners, lead change, and accomplish goals through a collaborative process and excellent team communication
  • Ability to foresee, prepare, and respond with swiftness to changing internal and external factors that influence the business
  • Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
