Fathom is looking for a Nurture Strategy Consultant who is ready to grow existing client relationships and their nurture programs through strategic planning. In this role, you will work closely with cross-channel experts to develop integrated strategies, utilizing deep marketing technology and technical experience to identify trends and opportunities to drive revenue and client growth.
nurture strategy consultant responsibilities
- Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations for strategic optimization to improve campaigns and continuously assist in the development of strategy and testing/optimization plans
- Work with creative team to define messaging and design strategy based on client’s goals, personas, and other factors
- Lead creation of strategies, clearly articulating details and vision to gain client buy-in
- Work with clients to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance, and monitor and forecast client ROI and goals.
- Contributing to the development of a client’s overall digital marketing strategy, with a focus on email marketing and marketing automation
- Facilitate defining and scoping business requirements, and participation as a subject matter expert in strategy sessions and client meetings
- Knowledge transfer/training to clients and internal client teams on solution(s) implemented, along with documentation in support of solutions
- Work with marketing, sales, developers, and project managers to identify, document and close consulting engagements for strategic solutions that leverage marketing automation
base qualifications
- B.S. or B.A. degree in marketing or analytics, or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of marketing automation experience desired
- Enterprise-level experience in email and marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Pardot or Marketo
- Proven history of strategy development
- Ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute plans and exceed client expectations and project goals
- Excellent structured communication skills via Zoom, Slack, email, and project management tools with the ability to frame complex digital marketing, CRM and technical concepts in a way that facilitates discussion and deeper levels of understanding for our clients
- Proven success in driving results-oriented marketing programs and strategies, and the ability to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Must be able to speak to and demonstrate knowledge in the digital marketing field
- Leadership, training, and/or management experience
preferred qualifications
- Experience working in a digital agency, consulting firm or digital marketing organization is a plus
- Experience with working with third party solutions and across digital channels, and integrating with Marketo
- Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and DMP’s a plus
- Proficient and/or certified on Salesforce Sales Cloud and other CRMs and can provide best practice recommendations in terms of sales and marketing alignment via the technology
