Attention, Northeast Ohio investors, social entrepreneurs, and non-profits!
On October 28th, the CSU Student Center will come alive, thanks to renowned MIT author Peter Senge and Cleveland Social Venture Partners. The daylong bigBANG! event promises to deliver “a vision for social innovation in Northeast Ohio,” highlighted by Senge’s extensive, hands-on workshop in the afternoon. Additionally, numerous non-profit innovators will deliver quick-fire presentations on how their respective organizations are agents of social power. Plenty of opportunities for networking will arise, including in Fathom’s “Spark Lounge,” where my colleagues will help attendees with social media from 9:00–9:30 and 12:30–2:00. If that’s not enough to lure you, maybe the local food trucks at lunchtime will. You can read more about the event at the bigBANG! website or in Margaret Bernstein’s Plain Dealer article.
If you haven’t already purchased your tickets, now is the time!
