Scot Lowry President & CEO |
Scot Lowry joined Fathom Online Marketing in 2007 as Fathom's Executive VP and CFO. He became Chief Operating Officer of Fathom Online Marketing in January 2009. Scot is also the President and a Principal of PromiseONE, LLC, a Beachwood, Ohio-based private equity company whose partnership with Fathom coincided with his arrival. Prior to PromiseONE, Scot gained financial and operations management experience with diverse service organizations including real-estate development, construction management and health care information systems businesses. His experience is with companies ranging in size from start-ups to $100+ million private companies. Scot is a graduate of the University of Florida and the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University (MBA).

Kevin Shaw Chairman |
Kevin Shaw became Chairman of Fathom Online Marketing in 2007. Kevin is also co-founder of PromiseONE and owner of Thunderbay Enterprises (TBE), a firm which invests in private companies. Prior to forming TBE and PromiseONE, Kevin served as President/CEO of NCS Healthcare, a publicly traded institutional pharmacy. He co-founded NCS in 1986, led its public offering and ran the company until its sale in 2003. At NCS, Kevin acquired in excess of 50 companies. Prior to NCS, he was employed by McKinsey & Company and Owens Corning Fiberglass. He serves on the board of Erie Plastics, Federal Process Company, and several private companies. Kevin is a graduate of Harvard College and Stanford Graduate School of Business (MBA).

Kevin Herendeen CFO |
Kevin joined Fathom Online Marketing in May 2010. Kevin earned his CPA in 1988, and began working for public accounting firms, high-risk auto insurance companies, and brokerage firms. He held the office of VP of Finance at Victoria Financial Corporation, a high-growth company growing from $10M in revenue in 1990 to $65M in revenue in 1995. From 1995 to 2008, Kevin operated as VP & Controller, CFO and COO at Harris InfoSource, where he was responsible for four acquisitions. He was also the lead in the sale of the company to D&B in 2001. At D&B, Kevin served as VP of Small Business Credit Sales, responsible for multiple locations with more than 300 sales and support personnel, and over $100M in revenue. Kevin held the title of CFO for Life Settlement Insights LLC in Solon, Ohio, until it was sold to an insurance company in Pennsylvania in 2009.
Kevin also serves in the capacity of Board Advisor for Cole Information of Omaha, Nebraska.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys coaching his son's youth basketball team, attending his daughter's premier league soccer games, and traveling with his kids and wife Kelly.

Jeff Herrmann VP Business Development |
Jeff L. Herrmann joined Fathom in 2011 to lead sales and business development to continue Fathom's progress on a solutions-based approach to drive growth and results for clients.
Formerly based in New York City and Chicago, Jeff is a 15-year veteran of The Nielsen Company. With a career emphasis on developing performance metrics for digital media platforms, his clients have run the gamut from large-cap Fortune 100 companies to start-ups seeking to obtain funding. Notable client engagements include: CNN, Disney, Time Warner, Procter & Gamble, Microsoft and Sony Computer Entertainment.
Jeff's depth of knowledge across mobile, social media and online video platforms is complemented by his experience in traditional marketing which results in helping clients deploy the best mix of strategy and tactics to drive results. Regarded as an industry expert on the digital media ecosystem, Jeff has presented at conferences across North America, Europe and Asia over the past decade.
Jeff holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Economics, and a BA from the School of Journalism and Communications at The Ohio State University. Jeff, his wife and two children have resettled in Northeast Ohio after living in Chicago, New York and San Francisco.

Tracie has been with Fathom Online Marketing since it was founded by Bill Fox. She is a 12+ year veteran in the internet industry. Tracie has extensive operations and client relationship management experience related to website development and all facets of online marketing. Tracie was responsible for implementing the foundation of Fathom Online Marketing's disciplined approach to delivering online marketing services that has allowed Fathom Online Marketing to become an industry leader. Her team handles more than 150 clients, including Eaton Corp., Cleveland Clinic, Bissell, Kent State University and Career Education Corp.

Joe Soltis VP Paid and Email Marketing |
Joe Soltis has been an internet marketer since 1997. He owned several businesses in the web design and marketing field, discount medical benefits industry, and the credit card processing, all of which received 90% of their new clients through very successful Internet marketing campaigns. In 2005 he moved to Fathom Online Marketing to be part of yet another entrepreneurial company. He and his staff have successfully run the Internet marketing campaigns of over 175 companies in his lifetime.
With an emphasis on Internet marketing best practices through rigorous A/B testing and market research, Joe guides the best practices and marketing strategies of many companies in many industries. His focus and passion is driving results and revenue for all clients and companies he works with.
Joe Soltis' works have often been published, with a series of videos and white papers on email marketing best practices, pay-per-click best practices, and several industry specific internet marketing guides on higher education and healthcare. He has been invited to speak at several conferences.
Joe is a graduate from Ohio State University and lives with his wife, Becky, and two kids in suburban Cleveland.
