Fixing the Twitter Shortcut for LinkedIn: #in

One of my favorite Twitter features was the ability to quickly post updates on LinkedIn via the pound sign #in.  After the break-up, this wonderful shortcut is a no longer available.  Below is a quick solution that will take an entire 5 minutes of your time and magically turn things back on:

1. Create an account at IFTTT: http://ifttt.com

2. Create a recipe

 

 

 

 

 

3. Use the following for your recipe

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Go forth and tweet amongst your peers with integration on LinkedIn using #in or #li.
