Fathom Core Value Stories: September Edition

By | September 27, 2012

Every month at company meetings, a handful of Fathomers are recognized in front of the group for extraordinary manifestations of our four core values (“everyone a leader,” “be the consigliere,” “make order from chaos,” “reward sustainable results”). This space immortalizes their accomplishments for the world to see. I hereby present the 11th edition of Core Value Stories:

  • Everyone a Leader, Brittany Amato (pictured lower right) – For delivering SEM results for a B2C client over the span of the last several years. Her excellent work opened the door to the largest managed spend ($1 million) in the company’s history!
  • Be the Consigliere, Jenni Ramminger (pictured bottom) — For helping various clients choose Fathom to a.) rebuild a website; b.) promote a new partnership with Intel; and c.) expand an existing program by adding new product lines every quarter.
  • Make Order from Chaos, Beth Strukelj (pictured top right) – For helping set up a simple system in Google Analytics to automatically alert Fathom specialists of significant traffic drops on their clients’ websites.
  • Reward Sustainable Results, Alan Suchan – For performing an extensive analysis on a B2C e-commerce client’s rankings, traffic and conversion rate for strategic keywords that needed a boost. The detailed analysis and recommendations helped uncover an opportunity for a valuable new service: creating new content.

To the victors go the spoils … huzzah!
