Fathom Core Value Stories: June Edition

By | June 12, 2012

Every month at company meetings, a handful of Fathomers are recognized in front of the group for extraordinary manifestations of our four core values (“everyone a leader,” “be the consigliere,” “make order from chaos,” “reward sustainable results”). This space immortalizes their accomplishments for the world to see. I hereby present the 8th edition of Core Value Stories:

  • Everyone a Leader, Joe Kneale (pictured) — For staying at a key client’s West Coast headquarters for 2 months as a Fathom employee while simultaneously developing our new digital messaging and analytics portfolio. He also took on several email marketing clients during this time.
  • Be the Consigliere, Cheryl VanJaarsveld – For launching automated lead-generation campaigns; continuing to strive for excellence in email recircs; and juggling deliverability issues.
  • Make Order from Chaos, Colleen Masters — For managing email deliverability issues after the Yahoo! filtering changed that benefited not only a key client, but also the entire email department.
  • Reward Sustainable Results, Ed Ranta — For helping at least 4 individuals with data analysis. Highlights include: bringing “great, valuable insight into our [email] recirc programs;” “improving efficiency with complex Excel problems;” and “helping [a colleague] understand factorials and develop the calculations for an energy-savings decision support tool for a client.”

To the victors go the spoils … huzzah!
