Fathom Core Value Stories: July Edition

By | July 11, 2012

Every month at company meetings, a handful of Fathomers are recognized in front of the group for extraordinary manifestations of our four core values (“everyone a leader,” “be the consigliere,” “make order from chaos,” “reward sustainable results”). This space immortalizes their accomplishments for the world to see. I hereby present the 9th edition of Core Value Stories:

  • Everyone a Leader, Kal Fattah (pictured, right) — For going the extra mile in volunteering to finish some outstanding elements in a client’s quarterly game plan.
  • Be the Consigliere, Ashley Hanna – For doing an outstanding job filling in for a colleague on maternity leave, fielding client questions and delivering results. This top-notch effort helped her colleagues maintain their peace of mind.
  • Make Order from Chaos, Nicki Goldstein – For doing a fantastic job on accounts for a culinary school and art & design school, providing valuable feedback on their campaigns.
  • Reward Sustainable Results, Sorin Bica – For helping to design and coordinate the development of a custom Facebook app for an entertainment industry client at an affordable rate.

To the victors go the spoils … huzzah!
