Special note: This month’s winners are not for the usual monthly honors, but more like ‘best-of’ celebrities. In other words, a core value award covering the entire year of 2012.
Every month at company meetings, a handful of Fathomers are recognized in front of the group for extraordinary manifestations of our four core values (“everyone a leader,” “be the consigliere,” “make order from chaos,” “the gun will be there”). This space immortalizes their accomplishments for the world to see. I hereby present the 16th edition of Core Value Stories:
Everyone a Leader, Tom Cottrill – For fixing anything that requires fixing at Fathom from the software development side.- Be the Consigliere, Cliff Karklin – For initiating company-wide training in analytics and other reporting processes. Plus, for developing the company’s product offerings around analytics.
- Make Order from Chaos, Jay Ketchaver (pictured) – For dutifully keeping Fathom’s network and its associated client services running through floods, power outages and acts of God regardless of the hour or his weekend plans.
- The Gun Will Be There, Kal Fattah – For constantly over-performing and taking control of local search initiatives across all eligible clients.
To the victors go the spoils … huzzah!
