Fathom Core Value Stories: October Edition

By | October 10, 2012

Every month at company meetings, a handful of Fathomers are recognized in front of the group for extraordinary manifestations of our four core values (“everyone a leader,” “be the consigliere,” “make order from chaos,” “reward sustainable results”). This space immortalizes their accomplishments for the world to see. I hereby present the 12th edition of Core Value Stories:

  • Everyone a Leader, Erica Brubach – For coordinating a Q4 online marketing strategy for one of Fathom’s larger education clients. She rallied the team and presented creative ideas for content and PR to great feedback.
  • Be the Consigliere, Jessica Fretthold (pictured above) — For communicating well and fostering good relationships with key people at a key client. She also has been great at coordinating this client’s multiple projects and the Fathom staff who serve it.
  • Make Order from Chaos, Courtney Demko – For successfully starting a new long-term B2C client engagement by communicating effectively with multiple department leads for efficient workflow.
  • Reward Sustainable Results, Steve Kozak (pictured below) – For growing the video department‘s revenue over the last year, improving client retention and acquisition. This is most notably represented by a large new multi-month deal.

To the victors go the spoils … huzzah!
