Every month at company meetings, a handful of Fathomers are recognized in front of the group for extraordinary manifestations of our four core values (“everyone a leader,” “be the consigliere,” “make order from chaos,” “the gun will be there”). This space immortalizes their accomplishments for the world to see. I hereby present the 20th edition of Core Value Stories:
- Everyone a Leader, Tiffany Sumuel (pictured, right) — For bringing the company together recently to respond to a big change in Google Analytics keyword data. She did an incredible job taking initiative to get everyone in the same room to discuss such an important topic, facilitating one of the best training/”world-is-changing” meetings.
- Be the Consigliere, Brittany Potter – For showing vital leadership on a key retail/e-commerce account. Each time this client requests something out of the blue or needs to understand something better, Brittany leads the team in gathering the necessary information. The VP of marketing and director of e-commerce have both come to Fathom several times specifically asking for Brittany’s direction on a number of different digital marketing matters.
- Make Order from Chaos, Margaret Ullmo — For remaining flexible in a world of chaotic change. Margaret has been phenomenal at setting brand awareness for an upstart company with constantly evolving messaging and strategy. Her goal of delivering the best results for a challenging account is beginning to generate a great relationship.
- The Gun Will Be There, Jay Ketchaver — For spending a ton of time between Cleveland and Columbus resolving a recent virus situation. Overall, if you need him for anything, he stops what he’s doing and makes your issue—however big or small—his priority.
To the victors go the spoils … huzzah!
