Fathom was tasked with creating consistent brand messaging and calls-to-action between offline and online channels for one of our largest financial institution clients. Fathom focused efforts on organic technical optimization of the website, followed by optimization of the consumer application and checking accounts sections.
Through paid advertising, Fathom implemented a multi-channel effort targeting potential checking account customers, launching geo-targeted campaigns aligning with the bank’s mass media efforts to more effectively capitalize on advertising spend. We also launched remarkeing and display ads as a way to encourage more application completes.

Fathom has been working within a highly regulated educational environment since 2007. This case study focuses on the wildly successful 1:1 personalized nurturing program (launched in 2013), which continues to impact enrollment rates significantly. Our strategy was to develop a highly personalized email messaging program aimed at improving student engagement through each stage of the decision process, leading up to enrollment.

Fathom increased rankings and drove traffic for one of our largest health system clients. The baseline rankings included 18 terms in the top 5 on Google. Fathom used keyword optimization, internal linking, offsite communications and content creation to increase this number to 50 terms in the top 5 on Google.

We were tasked with improving online reputation and boosting organic search traffic and demo requests for a nationwide manufacturer of vacuum cleaners and home cleaning supplies. Our strategy comprised SEO and social tactics as a means to boost more branded and non-branded traffic to the website. We also incorporated conversion rate optimization in order to capitalize on the increase in traffic and drive more demo requests.

INCREASE OPPORTUNITIES AND DEMAND IN A SOFTER MARKET
A national auto glass provider, serving more than 4 million customers per year for 65 years, was experiencing a lack of jobs in its California market. To capture more demand, Fathom created and optimized paid search campaigns with specific budget dedicated to this softer market. Traditionally, national campaigns were run and often exhausted early in the day, before people in the marketplace were awake. Fathom seized the opportunity to optimize campaign scheduling and maximize traffic from very specific geographies.
