It is with great sadness that we inform you of the death of our Founder, President and CEO, Bill Fox. We learned of Bill's sudden death late last week.
We express our condolences to Bill's family and reflect on the many contributions Bill made as he built Fathom and helped clients achieve their goals.
Bill founded Fathom and was a driving force in growing the company to its present position as a leading full-service digital marketing agency. We invested with Bill in 2007 and became active in the day-to-day management of the company when I became COO and Kevin Shaw became Chairman. The three of us worked closely since then to continue the company's growth. Bill was a friend as well as a business associate. Our company will forever appreciate his leadership and the team atmosphere he created.
Bill's many talents will be missed, but we want to assure you that our goal as a company remains to provide our clients with innovative solutions to their digital marketing needs. Our dedication to serving our clients and growing our business will not waver. I will take on the added responsibility of President. Vice Presidents Tracie Roberts, Dan Martello, and Joe Soltis will remain in their respective roles. Our entire management team remains available to clients and employees at any time.
Please contact us with any questions or concerns. Thank you for your business, your friendship, and your support in this difficult time.
Bill's family requests all written condolences be sent to The Fox Family, c/o Fathom, 8200 Sweet Valley Drive, Suite 100, Valley View, Ohio 44125.

I am very sad to hear this news. I very much enjoyed working for Fathom (a few years ago now) and Bill's leadership was certainly responsible for the company's success.
My condolences go out to the Fox family and the Fathom staff.
Dear Fathom, I have every confidence in the company Bill built. There are so many people that were impacted by his life. He is deeply missed here on the island and in my heart. Best of luck to you all and thank you for the help with my companies and goals.
We were dock mates with Bill at Put-In-Bay, he was always a great help and offered good advice and
fishing reports. He will be missed at the island.
Our condolences go to the family.
