Fathom Core Value Stories: November 2012 Edition

Every month at company meetings, a handful of Fathomers are recognized in front of the group for extraordinary manifestations of our four core values (“everyone a leader,” “be the consigliere,” “make order from chaos,” “reward sustainable results”). This space immortalizes their accomplishments for the world to see. I hereby present the 13th edition of Core Value Stories:

  • Everyone a Leader, Sorin Bica — For developing Fathom’s custom Facebook app capabilities, which have opened the door to more social media marketing programs with clients. His leadership improved our ability to grow fans for many clients.
  • Be the Consigliere, Courtney Demko — For helping to facilitate, implement and manage the allocation of funds from an e-commerce client’s current paid search campaign into a YouTube TrueView AdWords campaign to promote a video ad that Fathom produced as a TV broadcast advertisement for the 2012 NFL Super Bowl.
  • Make Order from Chaos, Cliff Karklin (pictured above) — For being the ultimate utility player in his role as online marketing strategist. Examples of his invaluable contributions include helping manage an on-site analytics program with American Greetings; training Cleveland Clinic staff on Google Analytics; reviewing attribution management providers; and jumping on various SEO accounts to help with strategy and complex reporting.
  • Reward Sustainable Results, Melissa Mathews  — For identifying and scoring leads, building presentations, training the staff, developing a toolkit; and working hard at creating the foundation for outbound campaigns targeting the tech industry.

To the victors go the spoils … huzzah!
