Fathom Core Value Stories: August Edition

Every month at company meetings, a handful of Fathomers are recognized in front of the group for extraordinary manifestations of our four core values (“everyone a leader,” “be the consigliere,” “make order from chaos,” “reward sustainable results”). This space immortalizes their accomplishments for the world to see. I hereby present the 10th edition of Core Value Stories:

  • Everyone a Leader, Abby Carter — For working extra-long days and sacrificing weekend hours to produce a fast-tracked INGAGE interactive video for a client’s newly designed website.
  • Be the Consigliere, Ted Goeltz — For quickly working directly with a home improvement contractor to get its website back online after it ran into problems re-registering the domain.
  • Make Order from Chaos, Erica Brubach (pictured above) — For conceiving and developing a link-building/PR outreach flow chart for a large client that expedited the client’s review process. The new chart is a reusable document that can be applied to other clients and internal training.
  • Reward Sustainable Results, Daiv Whaley — For consistently performing above and beyond without being asked. Examples include improving client game plans; conducting additional keyword and product research; and reaching out directly for feedback on improving his work.

To the victors go the spoils … huzzah!
