Fathom Core Value Stories: 1st Edition

This is a new feature, one we’d like to make into a monthly series: Core Value Stories. Every month at company meetings, a handful of Fathomers are recognized in front of the group for extraordinary manifestations of our four core values (“everyone a leader,” “be the consigliere,” “make order from chaos,” “reward sustainable results”). This space will immortalize their accomplishments for the world to see. Let’s start with our most recent meeting (October 11):

  • Everyone a Leader, Erica Brubach — For fantastic work on infographics/link-bait with  invaluable creativity and fresh ideas.
  • Be the Consigliere, Michael Mazzone — For providing sound feedback and guidance on video production and marketing products for clients.
  • Make Order from Chaos, Taylor Dolezal (pictured) — For resolving form issues and working through bugs on a client’s Facebook page, always doing whatever is needed to ensure that things run smoothly.
  • Reward Sustainable Results, Kevin Lewalk — For  top-notch work on client landing pages and ability to turn things around so quickly.

To the victors go the spoils … huzzah!
