Fathom Core Value Stories: August 2013 Edition

By | August 14, 2013

Every month at company meetings, a handful of Fathomers are recognized in front of the group for extraordinary manifestations of our four core values (“everyone a leader,” “be the consigliere,” “make order from chaos,” “the gun will be there”). This space immortalizes their accomplishments for the world to see. I hereby present the 19th edition of Core Value Stories:

  • Kelly 100x100Everyone a Leader, Kelly Krasuna (pictured, right) — For recently doing a wonderful job identifying new strategies for clients and finding answers to complex questions. Her reliability and consistency allow those who work with her to focus more on growth.
  • Be the Consigliere, Nancy Shawl – For continuing to contribute so much to the day-to-day operations! She’s an unflappable resource and a great role model of what it means to provide superior customer service. She never misses a beat, complains or has a bad attitude!
  • Make Order from Chaos, Alexa Feckanin  — For accomplishing a number of notable feats, including helping with Bing/Yahoo and lowering cost-per-click while simultaneously increasing leads; assisting with 2 enterprise clients during their busiest months of the year; and securing 2 guest blog post articles for a healthcare client.
  • The Gun Will Be There, Haley Hite — For contributing significantly to 2 healthcare clients. Examples include delivering 60 pages of microsite content and all landing page and email content with consistent ‘A+’ work and a positive “can-do” attitude.

To the victors go the spoils … huzzah!
