CEO Scot Lowry congratulating some winners.

At every company-wide meeting, a handful of Fathomers are formally recognized for extraordinary manifestations of our four core values (“everyone a leader,” “be the consigliere,” “make order from chaos,” “the gun will be there”). This space immortalizes their accomplishments for the world to see. I hereby present the 22nd edition of Core Value Stories:

  • Everyone a Leader, Megan Stinn — For juggling numerous different jobs every day (e.g., email, social media, content, SEO, blogger outreach, etc.) and launching our first marketing automation campaign in the healthcare space. Additionally, Megan is launching our first-ever healthcare pay-for-performance email program. Megan is truly making herself a leader on the healthcare team!
  • Be the Consigliere, Mike Kartson — For growing a relationship with a key financial services client that secured more SEO, PPC and email opportunities in addition to recruitment.
  • Make Order from Chaos, Dusty Steinbrink  — For having awesome hair and stepping up big-time in the last month or two with design. Among his many accomplishments, he has been creating awesome infographics for an education client on a monthly basis; designing multiple PPC landing pages and email templates for 2 enterprise clients; creating display and remarketing ads; building/converting pages to responsive designs; and always hitting deadlines.
  • The Gun Will Be There, Rachel Nord — For setting up campaigns for a new manufacturing client before the official kickoff. She has also spent time developing a training schedule to bring a new hire quickly up-to-speed, ensuring a smooth transition for her maternity leave.

To the victors go the spoils … huzzah!
