Employee Bright Spot: Lynn Eastep Brings Brand, Agency Experience to Fathom

Lynn Eastep is bringing her award-winning combination of Fortune 500 brand-side and agency experience to Fathom Lynn Eastep HeadshotFathom. Eastep, an accomplished executive with more than 20 years of progressive experience in B2B and B2C digital marketing, will oversee client service, retention and growth as a president of Fathom, with a particular focus on consumer brand manufacturers.

Eastep will be directly responsible for shaping vision for Fathom’s consumer-brand clients and managing the strategists, specialists and account executives who serve them. She will work alongside Fathom’s other client leaders to share her cross-disciplinary knowledge, from healthcare and consumer packaged goods to retail.

On her new role, Eastep says, “I’m most looking forward to tremendous growth both for Fathom and its clients. Eastep has previously held the positions of senior vice president and partner for Fleishman-Hillard, where she conducted digital program development for such clients as Nestle, Bayer, and Novartis. She has also served as University Hospitals’ director of interactive marketing. She is the recipient of numerous awards, including silver anvils from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), ADDY® Awards from the American Advertising Federation (AAF), a Vision Award of Merit from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and the Shop.org Innovation Award. Eastep’s hiring signifies Fathom’s continuing investment in clients who seek transformational growth.
